Amy Mayer, OTD, OTR/L, RYT, is an occupational therapist, educator, author, and founder of Fascia Informed CE. With 34 years of clinical and academic experience, Amy helps occupational therapy practitioners understand fascia beyond trends and translate emerging science into thoughtful, occupation-centered care. She is the author of The Occupational Therapy Practitioner’s Guide to Fascia-Informed Practice: An Integrative Approach to Health and Wellness and the founder of Mayer Wellness LLC. Through online and in-person courses, Amy equips clinicians with practical tools, clear language, and confident clinical reasoning for integrating fascia-informed concepts across OT practice settings.

What is the cost?

$447 per person

This includes your online courses.

How much CE will I get?

The online courses are worth 7 hours total.

  • Fascia Science Foundations-5 hours of CE (available in audio format for listening rather than reading)

  • Clinical Reasoning for Effective Use of Fascia‑Targeting Techniques in Contemporary Occupational Therapy Practice-2 hours of CE

Once the online courses are completed a certificate is issued for each course.

A separate certificate is provided after the in-person course.

The hours are not pre-approved by any specific organization. All the necessary contents for CE in most states are provided (learning objectives, instructor bio, agenda, sign-in/out, course evaluation, certificate).

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation & Refund Policy – One‑Day Workshop with Required Online Component

Because this course includes limited enrollment, required pre‑course online learning, and significant preparation, the following cancellation policy applies.

Registration deadline

  • Registration closes 14 days before the workshop date to ensure participants have adequate time to complete the required online learning and to preserve a shared foundation for the in‑person experience.

  • No refunds are available after registration closes.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations received more than 21 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee, provided the required online course has not been accessed.

  • Cancellations received 21 days or fewer before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund. You may request a transfer to a future Fascia‑Informed CE event or a course credit valid for 12 months, at the discretion of the instructor.

Online course access

  • The required pre‑course online learning is non‑refundable once accessed, regardless of cancellation date.

  • If you cancel after accessing the online course, any approved credit or transfer will apply only to the in‑person portion of the tuition; the online portion remains yours and is not refunded.

Instructor or venue cancellation

  • If the course is canceled by the instructor or venue due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund with no administrative fee (minus the price of the online course if accessed) and will retain access to the required online course.

Weather, travel, illness, and emergencies

  • Weather‑related travel disruptions or personal travel decisions do not qualify for refunds; the standard cancellation policy applies.

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness, family emergency, or other unexpected circumstances, you may request a transfer to a future Fascia‑Informed CE event or a course credit valid for 12 months, at the discretion of the instructor.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for no‑shows or partial attendance.

Who can attend?

The intended audience for this workshop is rehabilitation professionals. Other professionals who are able to touch clients and use manual therapy techniques are welcome to attend.

Students currently in a PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP program are welcome and may use the discount code. CURRENTSTUDENT.
