Your Personal Learning License

Live Classes, Webinars, and Recordings

Live in-person workshops and live webinar classes are created for the registered participants in that class. Recording, livestreaming, screenshotting, distributing, or sharing live class content is not allowed unless we give written permission.

If a replay or recording is provided, it is for the registered participant’s personal learning and review only. It may not be shared, posted, copied, or used to teach others.

Student Discussions and Shared Learning Spaces

Some courses may include discussion areas, comments, messages, or other shared learning spaces. Please participate respectfully and protect your own privacy and the privacy of others.

Do not post or share confidential client, patient, student, employer, or personal health information. If you discuss a general professional scenario, keep it de-identified and appropriate for the learning environment.

Student comments, discussion posts, and messages are not part of the course materials owned by Fascia-Informed Continuing Education, but we may moderate or remove content that violates our policies, disrupts the learning environment, or raises privacy, safety, legal, or professional concerns.

Educational Content Only

Fascia-Informed Continuing Education provides educational content for professional learning, reflection, and skill development. Our content may describe concepts, techniques, approaches, examples, or professional reasoning strategies.

Our courses, workshops, webinars, downloads, discussions, and certificates are not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or condition. They do not replace individualized professional judgment, clinical reasoning, medical advice, supervision, licensing requirements, or applicable professional standards.

Participation in a course, workshop, webinar, or discussion does not create a clinician-patient relationship between Fascia-Informed Continuing Education, the instructor, and any student, client, patient, or third party.

Professional Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use anything you learn through Fascia-Informed Continuing Education.

You agree to use your own:

  • Professional judgment

  • Clinical reasoning

  • Scope of practice

  • Training and competence

  • Licensure and regulatory requirements

  • Workplace policies

  • Ethical and professional standards

  • Applicable laws and rules

The fact that a concept or technique is discussed in a course does not mean it is appropriate for every person, client, patient, setting, diagnosis, condition, profession, or jurisdiction.

Certificates and Continuing Education

Certificates issued by Fascia-Informed Continuing Education or through Podia show completion of the applicable course or workshop requirements.

A certificate does not guarantee license renewal, employer approval, reimbursement, professional credential approval, or continuing education credit unless that is specifically stated for the course or event.

You are responsible for determining whether a course, workshop, webinar, or certificate meets your own professional, licensing, employer, state, board, or continuing education requirements.

For live classes, certificates generally require full attendance and participation. A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed. Missing more than 10 minutes may make you ineligible for a certificate.

If You Want to Use or Share Materials

We understand that students may want to share helpful learning with colleagues. Please do not share course materials themselves without permission.

If you want to request permission to quote, share, cite, adapt, or use a portion of the materials, contact us at AmyMayer@FasciaInformed.com and include:

  • The material you want to use

  • How you want to use it

  • Where it will appear

  • Whether the use is personal, educational, professional, or commercial

We may approve, deny, or place conditions on the request.
